Aleksandra has built up her experience over five years working for international law firms, advising firms on real estate law, primarily handling real estate and real estate portfolio sale issues and deals, and commercial company share and share portfolio sales.
Aleksandra has also been lead lawyer on complex due diligence projects for buyers, sellers, and also financing entities. She has drawn up and negotiated agreements of various kinds, including office, retail, and warehouse space leases for both landlords and tenants.
Past projects
- Advising the owner of the largest GLA office space portfolio in Warsaw on acquisitions of the top office buildings and 100% of shares in the companies that own those buildings;
- Advising on acquisitions and sale of warehouse and retail buildings and complexes;
- Drawing up and negotiating real estate sale agreements and accompanying documentation;
- Working on 100% acquisitions of shares in companies operating wind farms in Poland;
- Advising major warehouse, retail, and co-working companies on a regular basis on negotiation and drawing up of leases for space in office, retail, and warehouse buildings.
