Aleksandra has seven years of professional experience, gained also in international law firms. She specializes in comprehensive legal services for business entities in the area of real estate law, in particular in conducting and coordinating real estate sales transactions and real estate portfolios, as well as the sale of shares and stocks in commercial law companies. In her practice to date, Aleksandra has supervised complex due diligence processes, acting on behalf of buyers, sellers, and financing institutions.
She also has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating lease agreements for office, commercial, and warehouse space, representing both landlords and tenants. In addition to leasing, she also prepares documentation related to real estate asset management.
Aleksandra also advises on corporate and commercial matters, including ongoing services for companies and the preparation of corporate documentation.
- Advising the owner of the largest office real estate portfolio in Warsaw in terms of GLA on transactions involving the acquisition of leading office buildings and the acquisition of 100% of shares in companies owning such buildings;
- Advising on transactions involving the acquisition and sale of buildings and warehouse and retail complexes;
- Preparing and negotiating real estate sale agreements and accompanying documentation;
- Participating in transactions involving the acquisition of 100% of shares in companies operating wind farms in Poland;
- Providing regular legal services to leading warehouse, retail, and co-working companies in negotiating and preparing lease agreements for office, commercial, and warehouse buildings.
