Artur is an attorney at law with a track record spanning more than 15 years. Artur’s practice focus is commercial real estate deals and legal aspects of the property development process. He has been team leader, advising on a full range of issues relating to office, retail, and warehouse real estate sale deals and sale of land for development, and also deals with negotiating leases for all kinds of commercial assets, for both landlords and tenants.
Artur is also highly knowledgeable and has many years of experience concerning joint ventures and creating corporate structures for real estate market investment projects. Over his extensive career, Artur has headed teams and conducted due diligence of several hundred properties.
He advises and represents Clients in administrative and judicial-administrative procedures, concerning issues such as zoning, the property development process, restitution and expropriation claims, and environmental issues.
- Advising on negotiation and conclusion of agreements worth over EUR 500 million in recent years, including transactions for clients such as Skanska, Panattoni, Exeter Property Group, Ipopema, Pekabex, CityLink, Multishop, Prime Capital / MAS REI, Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy, Sando Immobiliaria, Immo Mousquetaires, and Prochem S.A.
- Heading teams responsible for advising on several dozen joint venture deals concerning construction commercialization, and sale of warehouse facilities for a top warehouse space developer;
- Head of a team responsible for advising on sale of real estate earmarked for development, of more than 51 ha on ul. Chełmska in Warsaw, the Zajezdnia Chełmska;
- Head of a team responsible for advising on purchase of the Nova Park shopping mall in Gorzów Wielkopolski of a leasable area of more than 30 000 m2;
- Head of a team responsible for advising on purchase of a complex of three office buildings in Gdańsk of a leasable area of approximately 20 000 m2;
- Head of a team responsible for advising on sale of the Centrum Orląt office building in Wrocław of a leasable area of approximately 17 500 m2;
- Advising on a full range of issues concerning sale of an office complex in Warsaw of a leasable area of approximately 22 500 m2;
- Advising on several dozen purchase and sale deals for real estate earmarked for development as logistics parks, office facilities, and residential complexes.
