We warmly welcome Paweł Czyżewski, who joins our team as Counsel.
Bringing Paweł on board is a major step for us and a fantastic addition to our growing real estate and transactional practice.
Paweł Czyżewski is a legal advisor specializing in real estate law, construction law, and commercial law, with extensive experience advising both Polish and international investors on complex real estate transactions. His expertise spans asset deals and share deals across all segments of the real estate market, and he has been involved in numerous landmark property transactions in Poland, advising investment funds and developers.
His practice also includes negotiating commercial lease agreements for landlords and tenants covering logistics facilities, retail and office spaces, hotels, and mixed-use projects. Paweł regularly supports clients in other real estate-related matters, including negotiating property management agreements, construction contracts, and service agreements.
Beyond transactional work, he advises Polish and international entrepreneurs in their day-to-day corporate matters, combining deep transactional knowledge with practical business insight.
Before joining DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners, Paweł gained valuable experience at leading international and Polish law firms in Warsaw, working on some of the most complex projects on the market.
