DLP advices Trilux on the new investment

Poland has successfully competed for a major German property development project. Trilux is a leading German designer and manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting and electrical solutions. The company has decided to open a powerful new production facility in Świdnik (although it initially considered other countries in the CEE region), which will employ up to 250 people. This will help with its ongoing rapid expansion in Eastern Europe, as well as in other markets.

Duch, Lisicki & Partners (Maciej Duch, Aleksander Duma and Przemysław Szabat) advised on the project, assisting Trilux on a full range of issues during preparation and implementation. The corporate and tax advisory services primarily concerned the establishment of the client’s capital structure in Poland. DLP also advised on the process of obtaining subsidies and exemptions in connection with the location of the project in the Świdnik Economic Activity Zone. DLP represented Trilux in the negotiation of a lease agreement for a BTS warehouse-production hall, leading to the signing of a 15-year lease for approximately 23,000 m2 of space in the new development.

Malgorzata Czepel & CBRE Poland thanks for great cooperation.
