We had the pleasure to advise Ipopema TFI on the sale of their warehouse and logistic park in Szczecin. The property comprises of almost 62,000 sq.m. of fully leased GLA, was developed as a joint venture with 7R and has been sold as part of a portfolio acquired by P3 in what is one of the biggest transactions on the Polish market this year.
