DLP advised on a forward funding arrangement for financing a logistics platform.

DLP advised on a forward funding arrangement for financing a logistics platform with assets located in Warsaw and Poznan of a total GLA of approximately 60 000 m². The project is worth approximately EUR 80 m. Our role was to advise on all legal aspects of drafting and negotiating agreements on financing the acquisition and construction of the structures making up the platform, along with the security documentation and agreements regulating payments between the partners in the venture following sale of the project to a third party, involving an equity kicker. The deal was effected in Q IV 2021, and was handled by DLP partners Maciej Duch and Artur Lisicki.
