Duch / Lisicki & Partners advised a capital investor on forming a joint venture to construct a warehouse center in western Poland, comprising modern warehouse and office space of approximately 60 000 m² to be built within the Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I. The task included advising on negotiation of an SHA, PSPA, SPA, and DMA, as well as the security documentation. The deal was handled by DLP partner Maciej Duch and Aleksandra Łukasik (Associate). It was closed in Q I 2022 following clearance from the President of UOKiK.
