Duch / Lisicki & Partners is advising on acquisition of a range of properties of a total area of approximately 10 ha, to be developed as a warehouse facility of an envisaged GLA of approximately 30 000. Our role is to advise on all legal aspects of drafting and negotiating preliminary sale agreements and the relevant documentation, agreements on financing the acquisition, and security documentation, and conduct a due diligence of the assets being acquired. The DLP team working on the deal is made up of Maciej Duch (Partner), Piotr Kośla (Counsel) and Magdalena Klimczyk (Senior Associate).
