DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners provided comprehensive legal advice to the seller in connection with the sale of a logistics centre operated by Goodyear in Tarnów.

Our team supported the transaction throughout all stages of the process, delivering end-to-end legal assistance.

The property comprises over 56,000 sqm of GLA and is fully leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations under a long-term agreement.

📍Strategically located near one of Goodyear’s largest tyre manufacturing plants in Europe, the centre benefits from direct access to the A4 motorway – one of the region’s key east-west transport corridors.

The asset was acquired by Appeninn, a publicly listed Hungarian real estate company.
