Ewelina Klein is a recognized leader in real estate transactions, with over 12 years of proven experience in the commercial real estate market. She has represented real estate investors, private equity and private funds, and developers in major real estate, hospitality, and leisure development transactions – including asset and share deals, forward purchase and forward funding structures, as well as joint ventures. She also brings vast expertise in negotiating hotel lease agreements.
Her practice spans the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of office buildings, commercial properties, logistics assets, and hotels, advising on all real estate matters relating to civil, administrative, and commercial law.
Ewelina has been at the forefront of some of the largest and most significant deals on the Polish and European real estate market. Most notably, in 2022, she led the largest single office transaction in the history of the CEE market – the sale by Ghelamco of the Warsaw HUB complex to Google Poland for EUR 583 million.
