We are happy to announce yet another successful collaboration with our client LemonTree.
More than 32 000 sqm of warehouse and office space in LemonTree’s Booster – flagship BTS project in Zabrze – has been leased by Nagel-Group for a long 15 years lease term. We are very glad that we’ve had a chance to assist LT’s team (fronted by Maciej Krawiecki and Dominika Curyło) in the process.
The lease negotiations were conducted by our BTS specialists – Aleksander Duma (Counsel) and Katarzyna Marczuk (Senior Associate) and overseen by Maciej Duch (Partner).
