We are happy to announce that we have successfully concluded the negotiations for another lease agreement on behalf of our client, 7R . The agreement concerns a Built-to-Suit (BTS) project for Eberspächer Group, a renowned supplier of automotive systems. The BTS project, designed with the specific needs of Eberspächer Group in mind, ensures optimal conditions for their operational activities while meeting the highest industry standards and technological requirements of the client.
This is another in a series of modern and low-carbon BTS facilities on which we supported 7R during the contract negotiation process. We’d like to thank the 7R team for their trust and collaborative (sometimes late-night) negotiations. Special thanks to Magdalena Kostjan and Aleksandra P., who were responsible for this exceptional project.
