We’re glad to share our role in an important transaction for 7R !
It was a real pleasure to support 7R on their Build-To-Own (BTO) project – a 35,000 sqm site in Sulechów, created for Toppoint, a big name in the business gifts and promotional products world.
DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners was with 7R every step of the way – from shaping the project to negotiating the BTO deal.
The building will be tailor-designed to meet the Toppoint’s specific needs and serves as a strong example of the ongoing shift in industrial real estate – from speculative developments to Build-To-Suit and Build-To-Own projects focused on long-term value and genuine demand.
On the DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners side, the project was led by Aleksander Duma with strategic oversight from Maciej Duch.
