The acquisition of two urban logistics parks in Warsaw – featuring sustainable certifications and tailored for the needs of SMEs – reflects a growing demand for well-positioned, future-ready warehouse space.
The transaction includes:
✔️ Panattoni Park Warsaw Janki IV – approx. 13,000 sqm.
✔️ Panattoni Park Warsaw City V (Targówek) – approx. 11,000 sqm.
At DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners, we are proud to contribute to projects that shape the future of urban logistics and support our clients in building resilient portfolios.
💼 As part of the transaction, our team, acting as attorneys-in-fact for the Luxembourg-based HoldCo, provided comprehensive legal support, including:
• conducting a legal due diligence study of the target assets,
• negotiating and executing preliminary and final share purchase agreements,
• securing transaction insurance policies (W&I),
• coordinating partial repayment and takeover of an existing financing facility,
• amending corporate documentation of the SPVs involved in the transaction.
Well done to our dedicated team for their outstanding work and commitment throughout this transaction:
