DLP advised on negotiation of a BTS project for one of the world’s top tire manufacturers. DLP lawyers conducted negotiations of a 10-year lease, the relevant documentation, and security, of a GLA of approximately 35 000 m². The substantive issues in the project were handled by DLP Partner Maciej Duch and Aleksander Duma (Counsel).
