DLP advised on construction of a production plant as a standard BTS in Poznan, and negotiations with a Chinese manufacturer of mobile work platforms. DLP lawyers conducted negotiations of a 15-year lease for warehouse and office space, the relevant documentation, and security, of GLA of approximately 20 000 m². The substantive issues in the project were handled by DLP partner Maciej Duch.
