We’re proud to announce that as Duch / Lisicki & Partners, we advised Auto Partner SA on a BTS project – construction of a new logistic center – of approx. 30,000 sqm. of modern commercial space in MLP Zgorzelec – a new logistics park in the portfolio of MLP GROUP S.A. under construction right on the border with Germany and the Czech Republic. 28,500 sqm. will be used by Auto Partner for warehousing purposes, and more than 1,100 sqm. for high-end office and social facilities. Outside, there will be a large parking lot with capacity for more than 500 vehicles.
