Duch / Lisicki & Partners advised Echo Investment on a deal to sell a plot of land in Poznań of approximately 6.5 ha to a local development company with a simultaneous buy-back of part of the land. #DLP was advising Echo on all legal aspects of the deal, involving drafting and negotiating the sale and buy-back agreements and relevant documentation.
