Duch / Lisicki & Partners advised on an acquisition of an ongoing warehouse development in the Tricity, structured as a forward purchase deal. The GLA of the logistics center under construction will be approximately 27 000 sqm.
Our role was to advise on all legal aspects of drafting and negotiating the investment project agreement, share purchase agreement, development management agreement (DMA), the security documentation, and other documentation relevant to the transaction. Buyer’s details are restricted due to regulatory matters and will be disclosed to the public on further stage of the project.
