DLP advised on negotiations on forming a joint venture and subsequent acquisition of a Tesco shopping mall in Szczecin of a GLA of approximately 13 000 m², worth more than EUR 15 m. Our role was to advise on negotiation of an agreement between the joint venture partners and an agreement for sale of shares in the SPV, and assist the SPV itself in acquiring the shopping mall from Tesco Polska (Netto Indygo). The DLP team advising on the deal was made up of Maciej Duch (Partner), Artur Lisicki (Partner) and Aleksander Duma (Counsel).
