Duch / Lisicki & Partners is advising a joint venture company owning a class A office complex of GLA of approximately 23 000 m2 in Warsaw on sale of the property. The deal is worth approximately EUR 50 m. The buyer of the office complex is an international investment fund that operates on CEE markets. The team working on the deal is made up of Artur Lisicki (Partner) and Michał Cwajna (Counsel). The DLP lawyers are responsible for advising the seller on all legal aspects of the deal, involving drafting and negotiating the sale agreement and relevant documentation. The parties concluded a preliminary agreement at the turn of February and March 2022 for sale of the building. The master agreement is due to be signed in June 2022.
