Duch / Lisicki & Partners is advising on a deal to sell a shopping mall of more than 15 000 GLA in north-eastern Poland. GLA. The project concerns sale of the stages of the project completed to date and now operational, and another part under construction, due to be completed and delivered for use by tenants by the end of this year. The project is worth approximately EUR 20 m. The buyer is a commercial real estate market company focused on the retail and office segments of the main Central and Western European markets. DLP is responsible for advising the company that owns the property on all legal aspects of the deal, and coordinating the other teams advising on the project. The DLP team working on the project is made up of Maciej Duch (Partner), Artur Lisicki (Partner) and Piotr Urbanek (Counsel).
