Ewelina is a real estate transactional lawyer with over 12 years of experience on the commercial real estate market. She represents real estate investors, private equity or private funds, developers in real estate as well as hospitality and leisure investment transactions (both asset and share deals), including those structured as forward purchase, forward funding and joint ventures. Ewelina also supports clients in negotiating hotel lease agreements.
Her vast expertise covers various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of buildings, commercial properties, logistic assets and hotels as well as advising on comprehensive real estate law matters covering civil, administrative and commercial aspects.
Over the past years, Ewelina has advised on major transactions in the Polish real estate market. In 2022 she led the largest single office transaction in the history of the CEE market – sale by Ghelamco of the Warsaw HUB complex to Google Poland for EUR 583 millions.
Prior to joining DLP Duch/Lisicki & Partners, Ewelina gained valuable market experience working at renowned international law firm in Warsaw.
- Advising Skanska on the series of sales of numerous projects, including the following office buildings: High5ive in Krakow, Silesia Business Park in Katowice, Spark in Warsaw, Nowy Rynek in Poznań and P180 in Warsaw.
- Advising Ghelamco on sale of the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper. The EUR 280 m development was the largest transaction completed in the European office market in 2024.
- Advising Ghelamco on a EUR 583 m sale of the Warsaw HUB office complex, the largest single office transaction in the history of the Polish and CEE markets to date.
- Advising Ghelamco on a series of sales regarding the Warsaw Spire complex in Warsaw.
- Advising Ghelamco on the sale of the .big office building in Krakow to a fund managed by Credit Suisse.
- Advising a hotel operator on the lease agreement of premises to serve as a four-star hotel and a lease agreement of premises to serve as serviced apartments.
- Advising Futureal Investment Partners on the acquisition of Galeria Bemowo shopping center in Warsaw from Aerium Group.
- Advising Futureal Investment Partners on the acquisition of Manhattan Shopping Centre (CH Manhattan) in Gdańsk.
- Advising Globe Trade Center on the sale of the Neptun Office Centre in Gdańsk.
- Advising Deka Immobilien on the acquisition of two logistics parks from MLP Group, covering MLP Tychy and MLP Bieruń.
- Advising Hines on the sale of the Neptun Office Centre in Gdańsk and the Sterlinga Business Center in Łódź.
- Advising Hines on the acquisition of the Nestlé House office building (formerly, Pacific Office Building) in Warsaw’s Mokotów district from Kronos Real Estate.
- Advising Hines on the acquisition of the Sky Office Center in Warsaw from 5th Avenue Holding.
- Advising Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland on the sale of the prestigious Metropolitan office building in Warsaw to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.
- Advising Charter Hall Retail REIT on the sale of five shopping malls in Poland worth EUR 174 m.
- Advising Hines on the acquisition of the New City office complex in Warsaw from ECI.
