Katarzyna is an experienced and qualified legal adviser with experience in both real estate transactions as well as negotiating commercial lease agreements. With more than 10 years experience in civil and commercial law, she has specialized in dealing with real estate transactions, advising on legal matters pertaining to the investment process and its financing, as well as preparing legal due diligence reports. Among her most recent tasks was handling real estate transactions. Katarzyna served as an in-house lawyer for one of the largest warehouse developers in Poland, assisting the company in the acquisition of investment land as well as in the sale of completed commercial projects. Moreover, Katarzyna has extensive experience in the field of commercial and office leases, both from the perspective of the tenant as well as that of the landlord.

Since 2013, he has been a member of the District Bar Council of the city of Warsaw. She was added to the Warsaw District Chamber of Legal Advisers’ list in 2020.

Maciej is experienced in drawing up and negotiating leases for commercial properties, real estate management agreements, and construction process agreements.
