Magda’s practice focus covers a broad range of real estate law issues. Magda has more than ten years’ professional experience working in law firms, providing long-term advice for businesses. Magda has worked on Polish and cross-border real estate deals, concerning retail facility developments. When working on these projects, Magda’s responsibilities included transactional advice, but also producing due diligence reports. In addition, Magda draws up and negotiates retail and warehouse space leases.

She is experienced in advising on corporate law and handling corporate mergers, demergers, and  transformations, and liquidation, incorporation, and registration of new companies. Magda has also represented firms in court cases concerning civil, commercial and labor law. Magda was registered with the Warsaw Bar Association in 2013.
