Mateusz is an attorney with over seven years of experience in the real estate sector. He has expertise in the legal aspects of the development process and the acquisition of warehouse, office, and retail properties. He has participated in the preparation of comprehensive due diligence reports, particularly in the warehouse and office sectors. Mateusz advises on drafting real estate sale agreements as well as on ongoing property management.
In addition to his legal education, Mateusz also has a technical and commercial background. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Architecture and Urban Planning), the Warsaw School of Economics (legal and economic foundations of the investment process), and the Kozminski University in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield (commercial real estate). Furthermore, he is in the process of obtaining a CCIM certification.
