Mateusz Korecki

Mateusz is an attorney with over 8 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has experience in the legal aspects of the development process and the acquisition of warehouse, office, and commercial properties. He has participated in the preparation of comprehensive due diligence reports, in particular concerning the warehouse and office sectors. Mateusz advises on the drafting of real estate sale agreements, as well as on the day-to-day management of real estate, including the negotiation of warehouse and office lease agreements.
In addition to his legal education, Mateusz also has technical and commercial education, having graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Architecture and Urban Planning), the Warsaw School of Economics (legal and economic fundamentals of the investment process), and the Kozminski University in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield (commercial real estate). In addition, Mateusz is in the process of obtaining his CCIM license.

- Legal advice on the acquisition of a logistics property in Poznań with a leasable area of almost 45,000 m2 and potential for expansion by an additional 75,000 m2;
- Ongoing advice to a leading warehouse developer on the commercialization of warehouse facilities in both multitenant and BTS formats;
- Legal advice on the refinancing of an office and warehouse property portfolio for a British investment fund;
- Advising and representing a warehouse developer on the acquisition of several dozen locations for the development of warehouse and production parks;
- Providing comprehensive asset management advice, in particular regarding office buildings and warehouse and production complexes.
