Michał is an attorney-at-law with a track record spanning more than eleven years. Michał’s practice focus is commercial real estate deals and legal aspects of the property development process. He has advised on a full range of issues relating to sale of office, retail, and warehouse real estate, as well as land for development. He has negotiated leases for commercial assets of all kinds, for both landlords and tenants.
Michał is highly knowledgeable and has many years of experience working on joint venture projects. In recent years he has been part of the real estate teams of the world’s largest consultancy and law firms.
Past projects
- Advising special purpose vehicles in a real estate investment fund on negotiation of conditions for liquidation of funds and assets;
- Advising providers of warehouse facilities on joint ventures during the development and sale steps of joint venture projects;
- Negotiating and providing advice on a full range of issues for a firm leasing warehouse space in Poland, attending negotiations and making proposals to the parties as to the appropriate solutions;
- Conducting due diligence of a dozen or more properties, including for acquisition of real estate, for a leading bank for property development purposes;
- Advising on financing of a major office space development project in Warsaw.
