Michał Cwajna

Michał is a legal advisor with over eleven years of PQE experience. He specializes in transactional advisory services in the commercial real estate market and issues related to the investment and construction process. He has provided comprehensive advice to clients on transactions involving the sale of office, retail, and warehouse properties, as well as investment land. He has negotiated lease agreements for all types of commercial assets, both from the landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.
Michał has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in transactions based on joint ventures (JV). In recent years, he has been a member of the real estate teams of the world’s largest consulting and law firms.
- Legal support for a warehouse facility provider in joint venture projects at the development stage and in the sale of such projects;
- Negotiating and participating in comprehensive services for an entity leasing warehouse space in Poland, participating in negotiations, proposing appropriate solutions to the parties to the transaction;
- At the request of one of the leading banks and for the purposes of a development investment, conducting a DD process for several properties, including a property acquisition study;
- Providing legal services for the financing process of one of the largest office investments in Warsaw;
- Providing legal services to entities financing development projects on the residential and warehouse market.
- Providing services to a Polish capital group in the acquisition of an office building in Silesia, including advice on the financing process;
- Advising a domestic warehouse developer from western Poland on lease agreements and the investment process;
- Providing legal services in the process of financing the capital group’s investment by an American investment fund as part of mezzanine financing.
