New logistics and production project underway in cooperation with 7R for VOX.
DLP supported 7R in concluding the BTS lease agreement with VOX and acquisition of the land development.
The new facility will be delivered in the BTS (Build-to-Suit) model and designed from scratch to meet VOX’s specific needs. The total area will exceed 20,000 sqm, with the project located in Pobiedziska, near Poznań.
The development will have a hybrid format, combining logistics, production, and office functions within one site.
