Paulina is an attorney at law with extensive experience in the real estate sector. She provides legal advisory services in cross-border transactions, particularly those involving real estate-oriented assets, share transactions, sale and leaseback transactions, joint ventures, as well as real estate and renewable energy investment financing and refinancing. She also prepares legal due diligence analyses.
Additionally, Paulina assists clients with matters related to spatial planning, administrative permits during the construction process, and the negotiation of commercial lease agreements. Beyond her legal education, Paulina is a mediator specializing in real estate and commercial property disputes. She has been recognized in the Legal500 ranking and named a “Recommended Lawyer.”
- Advising and representing an international developer on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from a leading Polish developer of warehouse and industrial space, including projects with a potential of 1.2 million m² GLA in the logistics and industrial real estate sector.
- Advising and representing international clients on renewable energy projects, including advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of Polish wind farms with a capacity of 48 MW and photovoltaic farms, financing the construction of wind farms;
- Advising on the implementation of a network of logistics parks, including the preparation of joint venture documentation and documentation related to the implementation of projects;
- Participation in negotiations concerning construction contracts and contracts related to investment process management (DMA, AMA, PMA) in the implementation of logistics projects.
- Involvement in the negotiation of lease agreements for warehouse, production, and office space.
- Provision of comprehensive asset management advisory services, in particular with regard to office buildings and logistics parks.
- Provision of advisory services to financing institutions in numerous real estate investment financing and refinancing processes.
