Piotr’s practice focus is real estate market deals, in particular acquisition of plots for development. Piotr has practical experience in areas where law and business converge – for a number of years he was in-house counsel for a major Polish property developer, and was responsible for supervision of legal aspects of development of a land bank, in terms of both office and residential projects, as well as the private rented sector.

In his practice, he has also advised on obtaining construction permits, assisting with dealing with authorities in the largest cities in Poland. He has drawn up and negotiated a range of good neighbor agreements with professional real estate market players and residents’ associations. He was part of the team responsible for obtaining one of the first location resolutions under the procedure provided for in the Lex Developer in Warsaw.
