Przemysław is a tax advisor (entry no. 12260) with over 10 years of professional experience. At DLP, he heads the tax and accounting advisory team.
He specialises in planning and providing comprehensive support for the restructuring of international and domestic capital groups in order to improve their tax efficiency. In his previous practice, he has advised on the acquisition and disposal of significant assets such as shares, stocks and real estate.
He has also provided services to Polish entities investing abroad as well as foreign entities investing in Poland. He assists with the planning of asset succession rules using domestic and foreign solutions.
- Development and implementation of the concept of international tax restructuring of one of the leaders of the FMCG industry, covering dozens of entities located in Poland, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Slovakia, Spain, Liechtenstein, Malta and the Netherlands with very different legal characteristics,
- Development and implementation of a concept for the restructuring of a capital group controlled by a Polish natural person conducting investment activity, inter alia in the medical and real estate sectors; the aim of the restructuring was to increase the tax efficiency of the investment activity conducted while ensuring a tax-optimal mechanism of reinvesting profits generated by particular investments in new ventures,
- Development and implementation of the concept of asset restructuring and creation of a capital group controlled by a closed-end investment fund in a formula allowing for a tax-free transfer of profits generated by assets accumulated in the fund to the personal assets of fund participants,
- Tax advice to a leading developer of office and residential space on all tax aspects of a transaction for the sale of selected assets used in 11 locations for the production of bitumen, in particular on the preparation and negotiation of the tax aspects of transaction documentation
- Development and implementation of a concept for the sale of a shopping centre by a foreign investment fund,
- Handling the acquisition transaction and ongoing tax support for a foreign investment fund with German capital investing in commercial real estate on the territory of Poland.
