Roma has worked in law firms and been advising real estate market players since 2007. Roma is highly experienced in negotiating leases, including commercial leases, and has advised the real estate sector extensively with regard to real estate market deals, in particular due diligence and regulating the legal status of real estate.
Roma advises firms on a full range of issues concerning real estate projects, and also represents clients in court, enforcement, and administrative proceedings. She is also highly experienced in labor law and social security practice, with regard to both corporate due diligence and representing clients in court cases.
Roma is registered with the Warsaw Bar Association and works with Polish and foreign clients.
- Assisting investment fund special purpose vehicles with ongoing operations of retail parks and shopping malls, and drawing up and negotiating, and assisting with ongoing implementation of commercial leases;
- Assisting investment fund special purpose vehicles with real estate acquisition and sale, working on real estate due diligence, and regulating legal status of real estate;
- Working on numerous due diligence projects and real estate acquisitions, comprising due diligence of real estate, including retail parks located in various regions of Poland;
- Working on due diligence projects concerning acquisition of a fitness club and gymnasium chain;
- Working on multiple corporate due diligence projects, including in terms of labor and social security law;
- Corporate housekeeping regarding labor law issues, labor disputes, and concluding and terminating employment contracts, including with management.
