Walentyna is an attorney-at-law with over six years of professional experience in the real estate sector.

She has advised both domestic and international investors and developers on transactions involving office, retail, and logistics assets. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation.

Walentyna also has experience in advising on administrative proceedings throughout the investment process, preparing construction contracts, and providing ongoing legal advice on a broad range of real estate matters.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed the Center for American Law Studies, organized in cooperation with Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law. Over the past several years, she has been a member of the real estate teams at leading Polish law firms. She is also a co-author of publications in the field of real estate law.
