Walentyna is a trainee attorney-at-law with more than six years of experience in real estate law, in particular in acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate companies.

She has assisted in providing legal advice to domestic and international investors and developers on transactions in the logistics, office, and retail sectors. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, preparing due diligence reports, and handling civil and administrative proceedings related to real estate.

She graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and studied at the Center for American Law Studies operated in cooperation with Emory Law School and Georgia State University College of Law. Since 2022, she has been a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw Bar Association. In recent years, she has been a member of real estate teams at reputed Polish law firms. She is also a co-author of legal publications.
