🖋️ Walentyna Okuń is joining us as an Associate.
She is a trainee attorney-at-law with more than six years of experience in real estate law, particularly in acquisitions and sales of properties and real estate companies. She has advised domestic and international investors and developers on transactions in the logistics, office, and retail sectors. Her practice covers drafting and negotiating transaction documents, preparing due diligence reports, and representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and completed the Center for American Law Studies in cooperation with Emory Law School and Georgia State University College of Law. Since 2022, she has been a trainee attorney-at-law with the Warsaw District Chamber of Legal Advisers, and in recent years she gained valuable experience in real estate teams at leading Polish law firms. Walentyna is also a co-author of several legal publications.
